The programme runs for 2 full days covering 8 modules. No coding or technical experience is required. n8n uses a visual, drag-and-drop interface to build workflows — making it accessible for non-technical users. The programme is designed to be 70% practical and 30% conceptual, with step-by-step guided practice using simulated Malaysian business scenarios and sample datasets. Even the Code Node module (Module 6) is taught at a beginner-friendly level with simple, safe transformations.

Participants will work hands-on with n8n (visual workflow automation), Google Workspace (Sheets, Forms, Gmail, Drive, Tasks), AI tools including ChatGPT, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot, WhatsApp Cloud API, and Telegram bots. The course also covers HTTP Request for basic API connections and the n8n Code Node for beginner-level data cleaning.

Participants will build and deploy real, usable automations including: a Google Form to AI Summary to Email notification workflow; a daily KPI report with AI summary sent automatically at 8AM; an AI ticket triage system that classifies and routes requests to HR, Finance, or Sales; a PDF document summary extractor using AI; a Telegram approval workflow with Approve/Reject buttons; a data cleaning workflow for messy Google Sheets; a self-recovering error-handling workflow; and a full HR onboarding automation as the capstone project.

The Day 2 capstone project is a complete, end-to-end HR Onboarding Automation. Participants will build a workflow that: collects employee details via a form; uses AI to extract and summarise the information; auto-creates a Google Drive folder; generates onboarding documents; adds tasks to a Google Tasks tracker; sends a WhatsApp welcome message to the new employee; sends a Telegram alert to the IT team; and includes logging and error notifications. Participants leave with a fully deployable workflow they can use immediately.

All participants receive a set of ready-to-use resources: workflow templates for Google, AI, and messaging automations; an error-handling blueprint; a credential and security checklist; a beginner data cleaning pattern library; an API starter guide; and the full capstone workflow JSON file that can be imported and deployed in their own n8n environment immediately.

Yes. Module 5 is dedicated to WhatsApp Cloud API and Telegram automation. Assessment is practical and activity-based throughout both days. Each module includes a hands-on workflow-building activity, and participants complete a full capstone automation project on Day 2.
